  People aren't robots and you can't expect to have a magnificent experience every time, things happen. My experience with the people were good, I mean they did their job. But the jeans are the reason why I have 5 stars. They are so cute and so comfortable. Im super picky when it comes to jeans but they met every expectation. I have a small waist, but my thighs are bigger so it's hard finding pants that fit just right, and I'm just crying now cause I finally found jeans I'll keep going back for
