  When I walked in there was not a single sales person to be found so I began looking on my own. I finally flagged down the only person that I could identify as an employee. Her appearance was pretty sloppy and unprofessional. I had heard from friends that this place had helpful and attentive sales staff but theyall must have had the day off when I was there. Something to note: these dresses are ALL sized for the very petite Asian women and they have signs that day that. The dresses are NOT sized with American women in mind. Makes me wonder why they aren't sized appropriately since this store is in Georgia, USA. It was a total waste of time for me to walk through the door. Arete carries "plus" sizes that are equal tomisses sizes 10-14. Even their 5X wouldn't go over my hips! I would have needed like a 15X!! Very discouraging! I'll never go back there again. Their pricing is very low tho so, if you're in the market for an evening gown or bridal dress and you wear a 0-6 you're golden.

  Horrible service especially when you were the only one in the store. They were 30 min late opening store and when we were standing outside there were no apologies. So we debated on going in but we did. I wanted to give the manager the benefit of the doubt. Well that was a big mistake! She never acknowledged us and then when she finally did - I was told the Prom dresses were all around as she turned her back to me! We were the only ones in the store!!!! I would not give them a penny!
