  Went to Ashley Furniture in Buford the other day. Al came up to greet us and was awesome to work with!! He was very helpful and did a great job for us. Definitely 5 Star.....if you're looking for furniture or home furnishings, go see Al at Ashley Furniture in Buford. He will treat you right!

  DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE ! THE SALES PERSON SCAM US HERE ! BEFORE WE SIGNED THE PAPERS TO HAVE THE ITEMS DELIVERED WE TOLD HIM WE WANTED THE 3 SOFAS AND DINING TABLE ! TERRRACE WAS THE SALES PERSON WHO WENT AROUND THE STORE AND MADE THE LIST OF THE ITEMS WE WANTED !AND OF COURSE WE THOUGHT WE HAD PAID FOR THE ITEMS WE REQUESTED AND THEY TOLD US BY 3/8/18 WE WILL GET OUR FURNITURE. COME 3/8/18 WE ONLY GOT THE TABLE AND ONE SOFA! WE CALL THE STORE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT TERRACE TOOK THE TWO SOFAS OUT OF THE ORDER !! WITHOUT TELLING US!! OF COURSE THEY TOOK OUR $2,300 AND THEY ARE NOW SAYING WE NEVER PAID FOR IT !!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED BY THE COMPANY AND THE SALE PERSON FOR SCAMING US AND TAKING OUR MONEY. THIS WAS FURNITURE WAS FOR MY FAMILIES FIRST HOUSE AND THANKS TO THIS COMPANY ! THE EXPERIENCE THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE A HAPPY AND EXCITING ONE TURN INTO A RIP OFF AND SAD ONE !!!! Stay away from them and take your money else where !!
