She came to our house to take measurements to ensure the options presented to us fit our home and budget. However, after placing our order the customer service stopped. Our delivery date was changed multiple times. We were told that as part of their design services our salesperson/designer would be present upon delivery which did not happen. Our phones calls were no longer returned once our order was placed. We will not be going back to this store.
