  I visited the Best Buy at Mall of Georgia last night and was very unsatisfied by the lack of customer service. I wanted to purchase a laptop as a Christmas gift. I was happy to know they had late ours to accommodate my retail job schedule. Only one associate acknowledged my presence and quickly pointed at 5 laptops and walked away. I made my decision on my own while looking up specs and reviews on my phone. I decided on an HP laptop but looked around to find no one close to the department. I decided to browse the store for other items and still did not get spoken to. I saw at least 5 employees but by that point I didn't even want to purchase anymore. I work in high end retail and I am very familiar as to what customer service looks like. I don't expect the moon in a shopping bag but I do expect to be acknowledged. Say hello. Ask if I need help. Act like you want me to spend my money. Very disappointed I have to spend extra time looking elsewhere when I had what I needed there. This is why amazon prime wins. Merry Christmas.

  If it plugs in or has a battery...you can shop for it here. Their staff is very knowledgeable, in every department! They are very helpful. The store is clean and modern. Their audio department is state of the art! Their tv's selection is great! The camera/photo department...better than basic but better than a lot of box stores out there.
