  I've been meaning for some time to post my review on this. I hired Big Frog Electric back in June for a TV and SoundBar install over my fireplace. I was not there at the time of the install. With the initial quote, they forgot to tell me they would have to cut a whole in the wall. I told the installer thats fine. I ended up have to fix that on my own afterwards. TV went up without a problem. The Soundbar was on the other hand a big problem. The installer told me had not worked with Soundbars before. I also discovered they do not carry their own parts like (brackets, outlet covers etc). Instead he just DUG, literally DUG, a 2 inch hole into my wall and the stud in the wall above the mantle. I discovered this after he had left and I got home from work. I called the manager in the office and emailed him these images. He told me he didn't see any problem with the job. Seriously! After our discussion he said he would come out to see the issue. I never heard or saw anyone. I tried following up a few times after that but never heard back from anyone. I have images of the work but Google Review is not letting me load these to my review. Images available on request.
