  Horrible customer service. The manager Wes is just rude. They didnt fix anything on my labtop and wanted to charge me $120. All that was wrong with the computer is that the charger was bad. Then, I was unable to get my computer in time due to personal events and they wiped my computer, they threatened not to give it back because it was "their property" now. And when I tried to explain that their hours are wrong on google and I didnt go over the weekend to get it because they had the wrong hours listed, they gave me a even harder time. I work during the week their listed hours are pretty much my schedule. I absolutely never will do business with these crooks again. Take your computer elsewhere. UPDATE: THEY GAVE ME MY COMPUTER BACK BROKEN.
