  Had a great experience tonight. My mother in law bought a beautiful ring from an estate sale, so we went to a national jeweler to have it sized....they wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole and said it wasn't possible. She was devistated.....after pleading with them about sizing up or down, the sales rep recommended we go to Givens that they had better equipment than they did for sizing and if anyone could do it they could. Went over they were amazing and within 30 minutes had it sized to the perfect size and my mil was in tears when she put her new ring on her finger. Thank you so very much!
