  Employee said she didn't have to respect customers and threw receipt towards my mother with attitude because she was upset my mom placed the money on the COUNTER. My mother counted both her dollars and cents in change and placed it on the counter to ensure change is correct. My mother couldn't reach the receipt because the employee threw it towards an unreachable place and when my mother asked why she treated her like that she said she didn't have to respect my mother. My mother said that she didn't mean it that way and was sorry but that the employee still shouldn't have lost her professionalism. My mother is lucky to have been raised in America abd have an American accent instead of a Spanish one and was able to defend herself and talk to a manager who said it would be handled. We're grateful for the manager but someone who doesn't have the guts or the vocabulary to defend themselves would have been helpless. No one should have to shop and leave feeling bad for something so small.
