  Don't tell someone it will be ready within 30 minutes and when it won't be. Dropped my stuff off at 3:30 came back at 4:55 telling me they just got to sorting it... What's hiliarioius is when I told them it's been almost 1 hour and 30 minutes she used the excuse "oh the person in front of you had a big bag..." And I was like really? He had literally a trash bag that was 1/3rd full and i was definitely there when y'all checked his ID and took his stuff. Why lie? It's bad business... I better not have anything missing from my basket.
