  Always super crowded, can never get good service. Last time I went I stood at the front for a good 15 minutes without anyone greeting me or putting my name on the wait list, so I just walked out and went to a different AT&T.

  Have 2 complaints about service after the sale. Called on a wed evening asked for my salesperson Barbara, was told she wasn’t in. I said ok. Gave person on phone my info. They said they sent it to her and to expect a call on Thur the next day. Nope, didn’t happen. Then fri the next day called and asked for a manager pretty close to opening time. Was told he was in a meeting. Gave my info for him to call me back. No call by 100. So I call back, ask for manager again. This time at told they are out to lunch. Got no other reply than that. So I questioned person on the phone ‘how does an att corporate store operate and function without any mangers in and on duty?’ The person answered ‘that’s a good question’ Looks like if I can get out of the contract for the Netgear Nighthawk router that has been incorrectly charged and applied to my bill, that I will be switching providers. And the fact that the device is defective and didn’t know until I read reviews online of the same issue. So att Buford ga store close to Gravel Springs Rd, you’ve got one chance and one chance only to make this right. Every day on the phone with complete idiots at customer service for hours every day since Jan 10 is unacceptable. And I’m pursuing legal options to be compensated for the time wasted.

  This is one of the best At&t stores in the area, it is one of the few corporate stores, so the staff is not only friendly, but professional knowledgeable and experienced
