  Miguel is awesome! He was very patient and very informative of everything. He explained the issues with my husband's phone and fixed it, he even helped us recreate our passwords and wrote it down for us to remember. Miguel explained the bill and the discrepancies that were not explained before. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with how much of an amazing job he did for me and my husband. I am truly pleased with him and all he knows, especially for someone who is as illiterate with phone stuff as we are.
